The week of April 12th thru the 18th saw 13 new of the year species banded at FLSP, including two species, Seaside Sparrow and Cedar Waxwing, not previously banded at the station.
Numbers were also up for the week, with 108 individuals banded along with 38 recaptures. The first two Ruby-throated Hummingbirds of the season were netted, processed and released without banding.
